To me, the composition of this photo is the rule of thirds because the two girls on the two outside points of the imaginary grid and then the plants and iron bars are in the middle one.
This photo might be an example of fill the frame because there is a clear subject and it was taken close up.
I feel like the element of this photo is leading lines because of the lines on the ground and the walls of the alley.
