In Stillwater, Oklahoma orange is a common everyday color to pretty much anyone who has spent a significant amount of time here. However, orange can be seen as an energetic, bright and electric color. I wanted to capture the beauty of how orange stands out from other colors in natural settings. The color orange is versatile and can be seen as calming in the gentle glow of a sunset or energetic in the bright lights of a neon sign. Colors have such an impact on the way we see the world so it was nice being able to showcase the exuberance and captivating quality of orange.
