Portraits *Late*

The top picture is Ren Fridenberg. She is an administrative support assistant for the JB school. She does Renaissance reenactments and sews her own costumes. She's also getting ready to start her own business selling crafts. Ren is a very creative person. She has a blog, "The Other 353," to encourage people to keep the kind and giving Christmas spirit year-round. She will do anything to help out the JB students.

The photo itself is kind of drab, but I think that goes well with the attire. We shot some pictures inside, but her duplex is relatively small and it limited the wide-angle part of the assignment. I also liked her expression best in this picture.

Next, is Ernie Henry, owner of Nuway Cleaners in Broken Arrow. Their building is next to where I work, but I've never met him. A lot of our customers were amazed to learn they were closing. There were articles in the Broken Arrow Ledger and the Tulsa World. Henry's father opened the business before Ernie was born, and Ernie's first visit there was when he was three days old.

I like his resigned expression and the sign. There really wasn't much else to shoot to tell the story.
