This is Lee Stice, the owner and manger of Kyoto restaurant on Boomer road. He grew up in Japan and then moved to the states as a teen. He started working at Kyoto in 2002 and purchased it with his wife in 2005. His favorite thing about the job is being able to create his own sushi rolls.
