Downtown Stillwater is one of the oldest areas in town. For generations, Main street has hosted shops, restaurants and offices that provide entertainment and help the community to run.
The people who shop and spend time downtown are as diverse as the buildings themselves; whether families, college students, retirees or any other people group, all Stillwater residents, and many visitors, find a reason to visit a store or restaurant at some point during their time in town.
Downtown is one of the most beautiful areas in Stillwater. Although the newer shopping centers are undoubtedly convenient, the history and culture of Stillwater are evident everywhere through Main street and beyond.
