on this assignment my goal was to create a series of portraits that captured my subjects unique personality, spirit and emotions. i did this by creating a well lit studio in my garage and making my subjects comfortable by having them come in in pairs of in order to create conversation and interaction. i asked them to tell me about their life, day, embarrassing stories, significant others and many other topics.
