Cassidy Young, the graduate director assistant for the School
of Industrial Engineering & Management, works through
graduate candidate files. 

Young, who has worked in IE&M since May 2013, is starting
to get the hang of the graduate approval process. 

While working through the numerous application files, Young
takes break to chat with co-workers.
