Assignment 6: Portrait
Over the weekend, I went to a shooting range. I hung out there all afternoon meeting many of the shooters. After helping the participants clean up the shells and clay pigeons at the end of the day, I felt comfortable asking a guy I met, Zach Smith, for some up close photographs in order to get a good portrait picture. By standing down the barrel of a gun, I definitely felt out of my comfort zone. However, I made sure that the gun was unloaded, chamber open and on safety before taking these pictures.
