I had the chance to meet a former Miss Cherokee. I asked her to wear some of her dresses (that she made) and sash because I thought it helped tell more of the story. If you're not familiar with the Blue Whale, it's in Catoosa, OK on Route 66. She lives only a few miles from there, so I thought taking photos there would be unique and something different. I can see how the whale would be a bit distracting though, which is why I included two photos. I really like the second photo as well because it's more formal.
