Assignment #7
This photo is of a little boy at a tailgate during homecoming. I chose this photo because homecoming to me is all about alumni and showing their little "future cowboys" what Oklahoma State is all about!
Assignment #7
I love how the Stillwater community takes part in OSU homecoming, especially the small businesses located in downtown.
Several businesses around Stillwater even planted orange flowers for homecoming. I thought these were especially beautiful and appropriate for the event.
Assignment #7
I decided I'd try to take a different view of homecoming-- the
aftermath of all the hard work done by so many.
Assignment 7
This week saw a ramp built so I can wheel out into the garage instead of having to go out the back door and off-road wheelchair around the house for when we go to my check-ups.
My grandpa, uncle, dad and cousin built the ramp and now my mom makes me use it at least once a day to build up my arm strength.
Assignment 7- Homecoming
I saw I unique opportunity for a photograph of the OSU campus during Homecoming week, so I tried my best to get a creative shot of one of Homecoming's more cliche icons.
Assignment #7 Homecoming
This picture, to me, showed the idea of hard work because these two guys carried this cross around all night during the walk around. I'm not sure exactly what their purpose was, but this picture really symbolized the hard work that goes into Homecoming.
Assignment #7
I spent the majority of my Homecoming week working on campus setting up for various events. I work at Shake Rattle and Roll DJs, and part of our job is to set up for big events in Gallagher Iba, so I chose to take my pictures Friday evening after we were all finished setting up for Homecoming and Hoops.
It was dark inside Gallagher Iba making it difficult to get good shots. In this picture you can see part of our set up in the back, including the speakers, large TV's and lights in the background.
I included this second shot because I feel that it shows what Homecoming is like from a more technical perspective. We had a specific itinerary that we had to follow so we knew when to shoot video and change lighting.

Assignment Six
I wanted to practice some night shots while in Kansas City and catch some of the action and amazing views, but unfortunately it was raining and ruined my whole plan. And for the last night I forgot my camera and was exhausted from the game and made the day worse. So I tried a different area, in the light because at night it was not pretty at all.
