Homecoming is a daunting experience. All night pomp for those in Greek life is a night long of cutting tissue paper and stuffing those small paper squares into chicken wire with pencils. Thanks to energy drinks, lots of energy drinks, members of fraternity and sorority houses are able to stay up all night long and pomp. The purpose of pomping is to fill a homecoming house deck, like the empty one shown below.
